Anderson Behavioral Health Scholarship open for applications

Students pursuing a clinical track master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field can now apply for the Anderson Behavioral Health Scholarship.

The Anderson Behavioral Health Scholarship was created through CHC/SEK’s Inspire Health Foundation to recognize Dr. Darwin Anderson, PhD, and his wife Pam Anderson, LSCSW, who over their 18 years with CHC/SEK were instrumental in developing the behavioral health program.

The Inspire Health Foundation supports the efforts of the CHC/SEK by providing, sponsoring, facilitating, promoting, and supporting healthcare education throughout the region. This is the very first scholarship created by the foundation.

To be eligible, students must be pursuing a clinical track master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited university. A minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required. CHC/SEK employees may apply. Students can apply for the $500 scholarship at https://chcsek.org/anderson-scholarship/. The final day for submission is July 14, 2023. The recipient will be notified of their selection by the first week of August.
