Dr. Katherine Bolding
Dr. Katherine Bolding was born and raised in Columbia, TN, the ‘Mule Trading Capital of the World’. As a kid and young adult, Dr. Bolding loved to dance and participated in all different styles of dance classes including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, pointe, and modern. During her youth, Dr. Bolding became close with her pediatric dentist when she went through four years of braces and some fillings. She wanted to provide other children with a positive dental experience as well. She loved working with kids in other ways, too, like babysitting and helping teach dance classes.
After graduating high school, Dr. Bolding went to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she majored in Biochemistry and graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA. She also met her husband, Dr. Beau Bolding, during her freshman year of college. Her husband is also a dentist and went through all of college and dental school with her. They went to dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Following dental school, Dr. Bolding knew she wanted to work with children and spent a year living in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and working at a pediatric dental office. She applied for pediatric residency and is now a resident at NYU Langone Pittsburg, KS.
Dr. Bolding loves to be outside, especially at the beach. She has two cats, Pumpkin and Nibbles, that she treats like her babies. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include art projects and crafts and flipping furniture.

During a recent summer camp at CHC/SEK’s John Parolo Education Center, Dr. Quocviet Hoang counts teeth with a child.

Dr. Quocviet Hoang
Dr. Quocviet Hoang was born and raised in Da Nang, a coastal city located in central Vietnam. As a child, Dr. Hoang was enrolled in a gifted school in Vietnam, where he spent most of his childhood competing in various Math competitions and honing his skills. Inspired by his parents, who are teachers in Vietnam, Dr. Hoang has always understood the importance of studying and being disciplined in his studies.
He dreamed of pursuing higher education in the United States, where he believed he could have more opportunities and resources to further develop his talent. So, at the age of 14, Dr. Hoang pursued his education in the U.S. along with his sister. He completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University with dual majors in Biology and Psychology before going on to pursue a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
He has a passion for pediatric dentistry and has been actively involved with Operation Smile, participating in dental mission trips and volunteering to help with cleft palate surgeries in his home country of Vietnam.
In his free time, Dr. Hoang enjoys learning about mechanical watches and exploring different cuisines through cooking. He is also a trained barista. To him, coffee is much more than just a stimulant or a beverage. It is a way for him to express his creativity, imagination as well as dedication. By manipulating the milk’s texture, temperature, and flow, he can create many intricate designs. His favorite pour is Rosetta.
His dedication to dentistry and his varied interests makes him a well-rounded individual who is always looking for ways to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

At the Inspire Health Kids Camp this summer, Dr. Keon James helps children learn about cavities.

He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the Howard University College of Dentistry.
After spending his childhood moving frequently, he has developed an affinity for spontaneous travel. Dr. Jones is also a big movie buff and loves watching new movies in his free time. For fun, Dr. Jones enjoys hiking, tennis, nightlife, concerts, and shopping.
